I almost asked for a refund from Dell when I found out that they ship through UPS. My X50v was shipped on 3/4... first attempt at my house was 3/8. I called UPS, told them not to come back until the 10th. So, of course, they come back today and I'm not home, so strike 2 for me because they don't listen/follow instructions. Now, if by some emergency or otherwise I'm not home tomorrow, the package goes back to the service center downtown for 5 business days. Which, BTW, I've heard before. Both times this happened to me, UPS shipped the package back the next day. :realmad:

FedEx. Everyone should only use FedEx or USPS.

That is all.

FedEx is just as bad about deliveries when you are not home. USPS is a bit better considering they are the post office and just store your mail until you can pick it up
