Anybody else having problems withe their laptops recognizing them? Here's an example... I can use the "Resident Evil: Apocolypse" Bonus disc but the movie won't play on my laptop.

I usualy ask the clerk at the front to take off the lock mechanism before I purchase them so I can see if the disk has any scratches on it."

I have seen advertized a device that allow you to polish old Cd and DVD so the scratches do not affect the viewing or listening. Sorry I can't remember exactly the name though .

The Skip Doctor is one that does a good job. Can be found at stores like Best Buy and Circuit city for around $30.
