I was wondering what programs are out there that can give you a free website. I need a great looking one with lots of cool options so as to make this kid jeleous. Chat rooms, polls, and that kind of stuff is great.

If you just want a message board type deal www.phpbb.com is free and works great. You still need somewhere to host it however.

If you have a fast internet connection and not need much bandwidth, you can run server software on your own PC. I run WinMX and Shareaza on my PC to serve up Linux ISOs.
