Hey all,

I bought pocketmac lite in February to sync my Axim X3i with my Powerbook G4 1.33GHz and had nothing but issues. The tech support was unable to help me out. I eventually stopped trying. A couple of days ago, tech support emailed me with a "work around." I had to manually go into the app and change the name of the ical app (which is rediculous, this company should have released an update...whatever). Here's the email that I received this morning and hopefully it'll help some of the frustrated users out there:

Cannot sync Powerbook G4 and Dell Axim X3i

Actually there is an even simpler workaround, as it turns out.

Just go into /Library/PocketMac/Pocketmac.app
then into the Resources directory.

Then just rename ICalendar.app ito iCalendar.app (note that the difference
in case of 'i' vs. 'I')

Restart the Mac, and that should get you synching!

That's all that was needed to be fixed. Again, pretty rediculous, but I can now sync my contacts and calendar which is lightyears beyond where I was at a few months ago.

Thanks for the info, do you know if it works w/ the x50v?

It doesn't look like its on the supported devices list.

^I'm sure it works with the x50v works with x50mid as far as I know but I like Missing Sync better the PocketMac anyways.
