Where's my damn credit, Dell?

I ordered a refurb X50v in late February but before it arrived I decided I wanted a new one instead, so I ordered one. When the refurb arrived, I never even opened it; I immediately emailed Dell for an RMA. Dell sent UPS out to pick it up. UPS tracking confirmed Dell received it even though Dell never acknowledged receiving it. That was on March 12. I'm still waiting for my credit. And because I foolishly used a Dell credit account to pay for it, I can't dispute the charge. Every time I email or call Dell, a nice gentleman with a difficult-to-understand accent tells me the credit is coming, but it never does. I'm starting to think I'm going to end up paying for 2 PDAs and only owning one.

It took them over 2 months to credit me for a laptop I sent back. They lost in in their RMA center and told me they could not refund me until the laptop was checked out.

They did it!!

FINALLY, I got my credit, 41 days after returning the Axim. Props to Prasun from Dell :approve: for the nice e-mail with the link for $75 off a new Axim (even though I already have a new Axim, I'll cherish the link always). :rolling: My next challenge is to return the car charger that quit working. Dell, I'll be calling in a few days.
