Developing for PPC

I'd like to start developing for Pocket Pc but I'm a bit lost.. could you recommend me any book/web/document? :)

I also need an emulator for test my app's on XP.. which is most recommended??

You can go to microsloth and get their Embedded Visual Studio. It has Visual C++ and Visual Basic. You will find tools here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/mobility/thekit/ . Also go to www.devbuzz.com for info on developing for PDAs.

Programming for Windows CE.NET by Boling is the BEST book for learning how to program for the Pocket PC devices.
