I am trying to view (not create) .cdr files using Mozilla on my Windows XP PC
Can anyone advise a novice if it is possible to do this without my having to buy the full program?

I think you may be stuffed - I've not yet found anything that'll open CDR files, other than CorelDraw. I imagine that Freehand (Macromedia) might do, but that'd cost about as much as CorelDraw.

I use CorelDraw a lot and if the files aren't too big/numerous then you can email them to me and I'll convert them to pdf or something and send them back.

Many thanks for your kind offer rev brykins. However, I think the best solution is to arrange for the files to be re-sent to me in another format.
