PocketMac Calendar Setting
I can sync PocketMac to my Axim X50v, but there is no way to limit how far back the calendar file goes. I use Now Up-to-Date on the Mac and set PocketMac to "Now Calendar. The PocketMac manual states: "There is also an advanced option to limit the calendar data by age, to conserve storage space on the Pocket PC." But when I open the program, there is no such setting whatsoever under any of the tabs. (The email sync tab lets me limit the number of emails.) But every time I sync, all the data is recorded back to 1997 when I first started using Now Up-to-Date. (It's really handy to have those records readily on hand on the Mac where the 2mb file is no big deal, but I certainly don't need it on the Axim. And the Sync takes forever.)
Has anyone seen this setting? It's in the manual for 3.0 and I've tried going back to that version, then updating to the most current 3.51. Help!
Does Missing Sync do this better? I'll switch....
(Also, on a similar subject, is there anyway to limit the way contacts sync? I would like to NOT sync certain categories in my Address Book on the Mac to save space.
