I need one of those in my house! My desktop gets too hot. I am thinking of buying it its own 20 inch fan.

trust me, the more fans you have, the more dust you have...
if one wall of that is intake, then it will pass right over the cpu fan, which only sucks into the heatsink, not giving dust anywhere to escape to. It will clog... Trust me, i have done something similar...

my computer has a 450 watt power supply :) I have tons of LED's and LED fans on it. :)

With that many fans you probably don't need an additional one on the proc or video card. There would be enough air movement from all of those to permit only a heatsink.
