The US court system found Jackson Innocent but he will always be guilty in americas eyes.

previous settlements for the same accusation? Announcing on the tele that he thinks its charming for a 40 year old to sleep with a 13 year old boy? porno mags of barely legal(very very suprised by this. because thats a girl nudity mag)? and on and on.

i cannot believe the jury called innocent on the alcohol given to a minor. thats just crazy. on every other count though the prosecution team didnt do a good job.

anyways just my two cents

Just so we're clear - you think that as a minor who had absolutely no direct contact with either the defense or the prosecution, were not there for any of the incidents, had no insider information on the case, did not sit on the jury and do not know anyone who was, you know more about what happened than the jury?

..no, i am saying that MJ may not have been twlling the truth. and if he had been not telling the truth then what evedence is there to support the jurys conclusion? if he melested the kid then there would not be any evedence. i mean this case is tough because there is no way to prove that he did it. i mean to say that there is no phisical evedence.

Chris; This is what the whole trial was all about and a Jury of his Peers, after much hard work over many days, found him innocent.

You may not believe it, but this is why we have a Legal System, to determine these things when there is no overwhelming evidence.

Please reread Post #38.

You are totally missing the point of the legal system.

Not to mention that he didn't even take the stand!! So who did he lie to? Guess you're "expert" opinion isn't that expert after all ;)
