Whenever I try to uninstall some of my programs, not all, I get this error message:

Error loading C:/PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor. dll
The specified module could not be found.

According to some searches on google it's a part of the Hotbat adware. An IT guy told me to go through the registry through Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Run and then delete it but I can't find it within there.

Yeah, I'm talking about XP Home. I run Spybot and Ad-Aware along with AVG Anti-Virus and they didn't find any spyware or viruses.

Run the installer again, then uninstall it.
