Nice find i knew the bbc would do a program download service soon. I believe it is the way forwards for them because they get paid through a liscense which everyone in the UK pays so doing this will not mean any money loss for them :approve:

Some British comedy programs are strange? What's that you say?

(I am a fan of British coms. I only wish we didn't have to wait so long to get some of them over here)

My spouse likes British programs and comedies but myself I get lost in some of the accent and loose interest after struggling to decipher and understand the conversations.

My wife likes some of them (Vicar of Dibley, As Time Goes By, for example), but she doesn't care for some of those that are a bit strange.

The boosh is certainly one of the strange ones.. I think it's better than Little Britain but then maybe I'm just strange....

More stuff is going to be added so if you don'y like this show.. then catch the next one

You said it! Although, I like their latest offering... oh, what was that called... "Monty Python's Flying Circus!!" Very quirky.

Yeah they're pretty good. My favorites were: Absolutely Fabulous, Mr. Bean, Fawlty Towers.

Hate to say it, but "Ab Fab" hasn't made it to my town yet.

I think I used to watch Ab Fab on Bravo, but it isn't currently on that network.

Ab Fab is on the Canadian version of Comedy Central, but it's off now and they play "French and Saunders" instead, I don't like it nearly as much.

For a country with only 4 tv stations they have quite a bit of great tv, although I'll admit when I'm over there I can't always find something to watch unless I have Sky. Monty Python is awesome, I like Little Britain. That "So Graham Norten" show I like, he's got quite the dry cutting humour which I find hilerious. Everything DanManX said I agree with.

Lots of good shows out there.

J-roc - have you checked out "The Royale Family'? (it has nothing to do with the royals).

And if you like the Royale Family (which is very good) you'll love Early Doors... :approve:

Rob... I know this is a bit off topic. But on the subject of Australian comedy... Kath and Kim is going down very well here at the moment. Is it a big hit over there?
