How can you judge if it's running at "full speed" or not? It's a virtual machine, so how can you say it's not full speed? Components come in a variety of different speeds/variations, so unlike a SNES emulator, there is not a set speed to compare it to.
If you mean that it doesn't run at the full speed of the machine that you're running it on, of course it doesn't.... it's having to emulate various pieces of hardware/software, so obviously that in itself is going to take up some of your machine's resources.
Overall though, it's a pretty solid product now. Much better than MS Virtual PC and Virtual Server, IMHO.

I kno it is good, i have it...
I can keep my Windows install running at less than 10% of my resources, and throw up VMware (latest) with the other 90% and it still takes forever just to install a simple linux distro! Half speed was being generous.
