I'm confused, Star.

I live in Orlando and I've been to Universal Studios (although I've not seen Fear Factor live). How is there any technology involved whatsoever? It's just a bunch of randomly selected people being forced to do various things ;)

I think it's realy impressive that real life is now being benchmarked. hopefully when reality 2.0 is released it should give better results

Where have you been? They are already on reality version 3.2. Codenamed "Morphine".

Ok - now I AM confused. Fear Factor is a crapy TV show right? Is that what your post is about? You went to Universal Studios and went on this ride, but you were pi***d off because 'real-life' quality is only slightly better than your GF4 (which is actually a GF2). Have I understood correctly?

you seem to have understood the lyrics but missed the song.

I wouldn't worry too much if you have different 'muscial tastes'

well this 'single' isn't as good as some of her other output.. more of an album track than Greatest Hits material.

The first 'Tracks' really annoyed me as i was trying to take them seriously. But when you treat them as just plain 'pop' instead of 'serious' material they can be quite fun.

Some of them are 'smash hits though'

(if you find yourself in possession of a metaphore you really do have to milk it for everything it's worth )

No you haven't. To start, a GeForce 4 is not a GeForce 2 (OK, maybe a GeForce 2 after a lot of improvement). Second, the attraction is not a ride. It's a stationary attraction. Finally, I was not too disappointed because I already know that modern PCs can render really realistic 3D.

Please read carefully.

Fear Factor Live is not a benchmark because there really isn't anything to benchmark.
Looks like we have some confusion going on. Fear Factor (without the Live) is a video card benchmark. Fear Factor Live is an attraction at Universal Studios.

Once again, Fear Factor Live does *not* involve benchmarking anything. Fear Factor Live and Fear Factor are not the same thing.

Yes, it is. It is the GeForce 2 Ti 3d core with a slighly improved memory controller and slightly higher clock speed.

My 66mhz Pentium could render the same scene as my 3.2gig P4 could at 'realistic quality', it would just take longer. It would be no more or less realistic.
