It'll have to be custom made. I have no idea why you would want an accelerator card for just Fear Factor, though!
Just get a GeForce 7800GTX. It'll work in all sorts of 3D applications. You can even SLI a pair of them, although that's *really* massive overkill for the current versions of Fear Factor. It's a totally different story with AutoCAD, though...

Well, Britney has been known to accelerate a lot of CPU heavy applications. It's about 2 or 3 times as fast as an Athlon 64 in certain applications. Too bad that it's about 6 times as expensive.
I don't know just how CPU intensive is the game Fear Factor, but it's probably more load than the benchmark. It's also interactive and doesn't follow an easily predictable program flow, so the branch predict unit is not as effective.
As for the benchmark, only the CPU test will show much improvement.
