I remember my 21st. I couldn't even have a drink because I had to be at work at 6am the next day.
LOL!
Ya, its not like i don't drink now, but now i will be legal! I guess that takes some load off of my shoulders. I'll be more pleased with the fact that i can no longer be turned away from 21+ clubs and events!
(I'm not planning on living forever... but I'm going to die trying)

O. K., all of us "old fogies" need to stand together here, even if we are in the minority. Remember: age and intelligence beat youth and swiftness (in a few cases VBG.)
Yes, age has it's benefits. Years of experience learning the hard way, but hopefully never making the same mistake twice. There is wisdom in years.
The big 21 here. To get my toys, i'm a merchandiser and i work tech support on campus. However, i don't forget to save. College tuition these days...argh....
Ecks
You need to do something fun. I never was a big fan of surprise parties. So, to keep anyone from throwing one when you hit a "milestone" bday, come up with something fun YOU want to do. Then everyone will just come along and you won't have to worry as much about the dumb gag gifts. :D
