Your sig is way outside AximSite's Rules as set by The Commissioner.
There is some leeway allowed, and it is often overlooked by the MODs and Chris alike.
But occasionally a sig appears that is, well....just too big and annoying.

No Macromedia Flash signatures.
Text Links must be kept with a reasonable size. The verticle size between the line and the end of your sig should not be much bigger than the image max size of 100px high.
