yeah I thought that I heard a new planet discovery a while ago. I think it was in the early 90's or late 90's./ I think that that one is the this one? i dont know

I only read the first part of that link but it said something about the belt. The discovery i'm talking about is beyong pluto. There was a discovery about 10-15 years ago about a small planet seen just beyond pluto. I don't know the details cause I was like 10-13 years old at the time.

I forget the name of it -- but you are indeed correct. They never classified that as "The Tenth Planet", because it was indeed smaller than Pluto.

last i heard they were not sure if this was a planet or a planetoid, a semi planet like object floating around in the Ort Cloud.

Yes, They say this "new" planet they found is bigger then pluto! Planet-X I thought they said was just a big meteoroid.
