RANT: sick with PocketGear/PalmGear's REFUND policy

Yes, I have read and understood the policy - unfortunately, I never did realize the stress it would bring if you do need to refund a software... easily put, it is not a refund policy at all - since the final decision on whether to have accept the refund or not is on the developers... and basically, they can have an almost infinite amount of reason/alibi to deny a refund request - and i would see this as a random case i guess no more PocketGear and PalmGear for me - i am thus looking now for a vendor that has a better refund policy... any suggestions? your thoughts on this? __________________ To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.
