Email spam filter

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good email spam filter for Outlook 2003. I would prefer it just be a spam filter and not a security suite of virus scan, and firewall, as i already use AVG7 and MS antispyware.

Just use Outlook 2003

I got tired of getting spam on my email address. So I'm using three (Roadrunner gices 5). One for personal mail-friends,relatives,banking; one for sites like aximsite, and finally one for ordering online. The last one is spammed. So, when it gets bad, I'll change the email address.
