Anyone here know if I can download Catalyst without the drivers? Drivers already installed, just want the Catalyst UI. Thx.

You must install them together. You will need to uninstall your current drivers before installing the package containing catalyst though. Look for a good driver cleaning utility (such as driver cleaner 3) to wipeout traces of old drivers before replacing them. This will ensure the best performance.
