I'm currently using the 2003 edition for my wife's Day Care business.
Can anyone suggest a compelling reason to upgrade?

I can't use software like QuickBooks since the Day Care business doesn't involve invoicing, inventory, etc.

I do keep scanned images of the checks she gets for documentation purposes. If Money 2006 allowed an image to be associated with a register entry, I might consider.

The small business edition is good for keeping business and personal items separate since we don't use separate bank accounts.
