Wi-Fi Problem

Well I am running a WiFi ad-hoc connection between my Dell Axim X5 and my Desktop Computer. I am using this to share my Wireless High-Speed Internet with my X5.
It is was working fine when I was sharing a Dial-Up Connection over the ad-hoc connection, but now that I have High-Speed Internet my Axim drops the WiFi Connection after about 5min everytime. I always have to go on my PC and disable the WiFi, then enable it again; then to repeat this in 5 minutes again.

Can someone help me figure out why my wifi connection drops?

Thanks

That's the ONLY change? No other changes on the Axim?

No new cordless phones?

Is power saving enabled on the Axim network card?

Yes, that the only change. I have power saving off, always had.

No new microwave or cordless phone. Do you think it is because the interent satallite is wireless, so the signals from the dish interfere?

About every 2 days, I have to soft reset my router and cable modem - I never had this problem with my wired router so perhaps try that.

I just disconnect the cable and router for about 30 seconds - 1 minute - and everything is ok for another couple of days.
