Hi,
I purchased a X51v last week and now I want to sync it with my PC using Wireless Network (using Active Sync 4.0). I cant see the "Allow Network and RAS server.." in the Active Sync 4.0?

How do I resolve this issue? Can I use Older evrsion of ACtive Sync?

Unfortunately, the answer to both of yoru questions is No. ActiveSync 4.X no longer allows wifi sync, and it's not possible to use an older version with WM5.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there *any* other hacks/workarounds to do this?

With X51v is USB the best(or the only) way to do it without problems?

I read the http://wifi.aximsite.com/ twice to make sure I was not going to post my first request at this site with a foolish question!!! [and I hope that I am right]

Hi, welcome to aximsite. The only "wireless" sync option for WM5 is bluetooth (bt). Your computer would also have to have bt capabilities as well. good luck!

I still haven't had the chance to figure out BT syncing, but IR works well if your PC has that capability (although it's rather slow so is probably not a good option if you are syncing a lot of information - like on the first sync).
