Clearing Cache...Increasing Cache Size???

I keep having this problem with Internet Explorer closing down in the middle of loading a page. Especially when trying to load AximSite mobile. It gets almost done then IE closes. I have my IE Cache going to my CF card and MemMaid says the cache size is set at 19456 KB and it doesn't appear I can set it any higher. I use MemMaid to clear the cache. I can load other mobile web sites and load a couple of different pages before IE shuts down and I have to clear the cache again. Any suggestions

I wish you had a response. Explorer keeps closing on me too, and it's really annoying. Tried Opera Demo and it seemed stable but then it too keep closing. I've usually got about 12.5 MB mem free on both sides (storage/memory) and I've tried adjusting that to more memory but it didn't help.
