Question Redirecting audio through Terminal Services

Hi -

I am new on this site so please forgive me if I have got the wrong forum for this question.
I am trying to set up my Terminal Services client on my Axim X51 such that I can redirect audio (not massive music files, but just the simple system sounds like tada.wav and ding.wav etc) to my PDA.
I have my Terminal Services set up on a machine running Windows 2003 Server, setup the properties for the clients etc. to redirect sound and when I access the remote desktop from, say, a Win XP Pro machine (my desktop PC) I can get those sounds to be played on the remote PC (i.e. my desktop) instead of the server. However, I am trying to do the same for my PDA and am at a complete loss as to whether it is even possible, or whether I am just not doing it right. There certainly don't seem to be any obvious settings available on the PDA version of the Terminal Services Client....
I have already trawled the web for suggestions but can't find anywhere that anyone has cracked this one - any suggestions from this group??? Any ideas would be appreciated ! Thanks!

AFAIK you can't do that on the PPC with the built-in terminal services client.

Thanks for the response! Fo you or anyone else know of a different client that will allow me to do this?
Basically I want to run a Windows application on the Terminal Server (under Win2003 Server) that generates sounds using standard, small .wav files and have the sounds be redirected to the Remote Desktop, i.e. the PDA.

Hmm, doubt it. Might be easier to get WME and just steam it to your PPC over Wi-Fi. (using TCPMP of course)

mapping the drive is ALOT more efficent, your PDA does not have alot of bandwidth, both RDP and audioplaying at the same time may lag and skip
