I understand how to create a network between a PC and a PPC and share files.
But can i use an ad-hoc network between 2 PPCs to share files?
I found that all WiFi programs offer to Map shared network folders from remote computers but none can share a PPC folder for others to access.

I don't think there is any software that will show the PPC as a share on a network. I'm pretty sure M$ Portrait will allow to to transfer files between two PPCs connected via WiFi (including with an ad-hoc connection as described in the WiFi FAQ

There is a way using a PPC FTP server [like vxftpsrv] on one and a PPC client on the other.

But Portrait is possibly the easiest way :)
