Aximsitewifiicon X50V with ROM A05 & Cisco LEAP

I've been trying to figure out an issue I'm having with my Axim X50v ROM A05 working with Cisco LEAP.

I have a LEAP Enabled Wireless Area Network at work, and my Axim will simply not connect or even try to connect to it. It can see it, but thinks the signal is poor. Not sure why since I'm 5 feet from the AP.

Ever since I upgraded to A05 I have not been able to use the Odyssey client to connect to a LEAP enabled WAP. I can connect just fine to my home WiFi router so I know it's not a networking issue.

I've heard that the A05 update to the odyssey client affected LEAP, but can't find out how it affected it, or if there is anything that can be done to correct it.

The target APs are either Cisco 1200 or 350 with unbroadcasted SSIDs using 128 WEP. I am just flat out stumped! Any ideas, suggestions or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.
