Can't offer an opinon on the other two but I own the WCF12 and don't have any problems with it. Installation was a snap and it does what I need it to do.
Also, why do want to use WinC *and* PocketWarrior? Try them out, but once I found WinC I got rid of PocketWarrior. They both do the same thing.....WinC just does it better. :D

This link: WiFi CF Cards gives a comparison of many CF cards as far as power usage and output (unfortunately, the Netgear card does not provide the output, you might find it on Netgear's own site). I'm not sure of the other cards, but the d-link card requires the Intersil Prism drivers to work with WiNc and pocketwarrior.
[edit: I just saw in pocketwarrior that linksys is listed, so I assume that means you can use their own drivers.]

I'd like to buy a Socket card and memory. How much memory ?
All I want to do is get my email (via web), check some sites and not get frustrated in a park or cafe when all access points close by. What will work almost all the time ?
You can't have too much memory. I'd get a 128MB SD Card, or larger. If you really won't be using your Axim for anything other than email, you could use less, but chances are you'll find other things you want to do.
