Some difficult BT questions. Or maybe I'm losing it.

I'm sure this is unlikely but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Ok, here goes.

Given the attempts to export the Widcomm stack to WM5 and Menneisyys' attempts , I'm supposing that it is possible to export profiles so long as hardware compatibility is not an issue. Can anyone provide me with directions to how I can get the Toshiba Hopbit working with either of these...X51v, X50v, UTStarcom 6700.
What I've got so far...By using the BlueSoleil desktop software I am able to access the Hopbit's PAN service which is able to provide HTTP, FTP and streaming. On the Dell's however I can only see the Obex profile and on the 6700, nothing at all. On a VancouverPocketPC members Toshiba E-830 it detects the PAN as Group Ad Hoc Networking Service.
So, suggestions?
I've attempted to install BlueSoleil's WinCe suit and it is a 0.0K install. It doesn't do anything. Some help here as a workaround to the above would be appreciated.
Does anyone have a clue as to how the Obex profile has been disabled on the telus 6700? I've used the HoFo tweaks to remove all the Telus branding crap but it is still the least functional stack I've ever seen.
Even with the update with the Extended ROM crap disabled. I don't have Obex, AVCRP, AD2P.....What gives? Someone point me in the right direction...or tell me it doesn't do that...
What I do have is OPP, Serial, Dialup, Handsfree and maybe others that I don't have a use for. Whose got some knowledge to help me figure this out?
