Wifi Companion and X5

Does anyone use the Wifi Companion s/w that you can buy with your X5/CF wifi card? I saw in the past that it said it was for PPC with built in wifi.

Is that SW with a specific card?
I have a linksys wifi card and use their SW. I've not had a problem with it.

I use Hitchhiker right now but the net compactflash software takes up too much memory. Looking for alternatives

Yes, I've used The Socket WiFi Companion software (It was free when I downloaded it) with my X5 and CF card. It works fine.

(I posted a screen shot in another thread a while back, concerning issues with x51v showing proper function on my X5)
