need help with WPA encryption

I had my x51v flawlessly browsing the internet this afternoon, I just hooked up this router/ap I got. I had it set up with just WEP encryption and thought I would want WPA-PSK encryption. So I called D-Link and the guy walked me through changing the router to WPA-PSK. My laptop connects fine, but the funny thing about the Axim, it connects to my network and I can pull up websites on IE, but as soon as the website loads, I get the message box at the top "Cannot connect, click here to change settings" I click dismiss and box dissapears. But this never happened when I had the router set to just WEP encryption. Anyway around getting that stupid Cannot Connect box everytime, because I am connected.

Thank you

I changed the router back to regular WEP encryption but I am still getting that message when I go onto a website, even though I am connected, I get the message box :Cannot Connect, click here to change settings" or something like that.

Reboot your entire home network. Router, modem and a soft reset of the Axim. Should get a connection with this. Now to set up the WPA again follow the steps D-Link gave you only on the axim connect soft reset after entering encryption code then reconnect.
Goodluck

Hello, thank you so much for responding. Since I posted that message, I had to do the dreaded hard reset, but have re-installed everything and now I have been surfing seamlessly on the Ax. I also bought a regular modem/router from Verizon specially for DSL with 4 ethernet ports, so I can hard wire the old laptop and it has an antennae for wireless for the Axim. I think if I don't have to share the wifi signal with the laptop, it will be much stronger. I still just have the current router set to WEP encryption, the new router should arrive tomorrow maybe.

Again, thank you
