Using the Axim with the Motorola V60?

Anyone using the motorola V60 connected directly to the Axim? Gomadic has the cable - Sprint says they support data connections in our area and sell a cable also - no modem required. I would imagine this is going to be slow, but would like to have to check email occasionally. Comments about your experience.

I use a Motorola T720 on the Verizon Wireless network and soon they will be adding wireless web to my area. Is there a way I could piggyback that connection and create a network connection for my PDA via a passthrough? I use broadband at home and don't really want to sign up for an additional service just to check my e-mail while away from home.

I have a Mototrola v60i with AT&T TDMA Service. I also have a Dell Axim X5 Advanced. Will the Gomatic cable work? Yes or No? I have not been able to get a clear answer.

I believe that the phone is web capable, but AT&T TDMA service does not offer data access.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
