Wireless router/AP is blocking my internet connection

my computer with the Cable modem is connected through USB cable. The cable modem has static IP.
Also the computer is connected with Wireless router through UTP cable,on one side with ethernet card and the other side goes to LAN port 1 of the wireless router.

Now when the two of them are connected i dont have internet.I dont know why. When i disable the ethernet card i have internet.

Any suggestion?

btw the router is SWEEX LW050

Most likely the PC is giving the Ethernet card preference as the web connection. Are you trying to use the router to share the PC's web connection? If so, you'll need to enable Internet Connection Sharing on the USB connection and disable the router function on the router (thus turning it into just an access point). This is somewhat similar to sharing a dial-up connection on the PC as described in the Alternate Setups section of the WiFi Guide.

BTW, does the cable modem not have an Ethernet port? If it does, you'd be better off connecting the router directly to the modem (which is the way home routers were designed to work).

This is the first problem.I cant share the connection if it's connected via USB, but if it's connected vie UTP i can share it.

I think that there isn't a option where i can turn into an access point, but still on the cover says that this hardware can work like router or access point

Yes the cable modem have Ethernet port, but if i connect the modem and PC vie UTP, i will not have internet, it gaves me bad ip address. Also same thing if i connect the router and modem vie UTP.

Here is another problem.
I have Static IP address from the internet connection and if i tell the wifi router that i have Static Ip address i will not have internet, but if i tell the router that i have dynamic IP and enter only the DNS address, i will have internet.
Now after one hour surfing, i dont know why, the internet connection was broken.

Here is some info for my connection. My ISP is getting internet from telecommunication(from the Country, like phone connection but with faster speed).Friend of mine have internet connection from telecommunication that i mansion before and have dynamic ip and it start with 62.162.*.* .Now i think that i have dynamic ip because the ISP gives me IP like this, 62.162.*.* and that IP is always same, it doesnt change because the server(or connection)of the ISP is not restarted and my Ip will not be changed.
*I think you know that every person who have dynamic he need to restart the connection to change his IP address.
