Hello, I am trying to use my Sharp GX10 mobile phone as a modem to connect to the internet, I want to do this through the infrared port. Basically I can't figure the damn thing out! I can't get the Axim to detect my mobile so basically I am stuck at the first hurdle. If anyone could provide any instructions as to how I can do this I would be very greatfull.

The GX-10 has its irda port disabled (well it is in the uk and europe). There is a real hullabaloo about it on various sites.
Its been disabled by Sharp, not your provider so they can't even switch it on; even if they wanted to.
