D-Link CS is now on my list of reasonable CS. I think its quite interesting how lots of big companies have the crappiest support ever, while some have good support.
Good:
D-Link
Lexar
Radioshack
Staples
Summit (local place)
Canada Post
Bad:
Dell
Linksys
MDG (local place)
Rogers AT&T
Terrible:
Sympatico/Bell Canada
UPS
Airborne Express
Canadian Customs/Government
Asus
Borderline bad:
Microsoft (sometimes good, sometimes terrible)
Futureshop
Best Buy
Thats just my little list of people I've dealt with in terms of customer service. Most of the time, CS quality does not reflect product quality at all :)
Hahaha, Asus probably tops my list of absolute idiot customer service, tied with my ISP (Sympatico), even though I will never buy a non-asus motherboard, their CS are still complete idiots. Dell is still better then them, because at least e-mailing dell is somewhat useful (still not very useful), Asus are idiots on phone AND email.
----Sorry to drag this thread somewhat off topic, but I think how companies are dealing with the WM2003 switchover can prove a lot about the quality of their CS
