callmelolo, do you have the latest Mobile Device Center version? From what I've read many users had to update to get the correct drivers for their Axims. The direct link is
here. If you already have the latest, take a look at this
Microsoft Technet link , the Windows Vista Mobile Device Center Step by Step Guide, and see if there's anything that might help.
Also, I'm assuming that since you can connect your other device, your Axim isn't being blocked by a 3rd party firewall app?
