X30 and comcast email navigation

I've looked around and can't find anything exactly to the point - sorry if I have missed it somewhere.
I frequently use my X30, which has both the Odyssey Client and the Dell WLAN Utility, to read my email (comcast) by wifi at places like Corner Bakery, Cosi, etc., as well as through hotel wifi when traveling. I have a subscription to Boingo as well. The issue is with the way my Comcast inbox displays. I have double sets of navigation buttons and I can't seem to use them to delete, move messages to folders, mark items as junk mail, etc. I suspect that I have my display set up wrong, but I am confused by the different ways to view this (i.e. default, single column, etc.). Does anyone have any advice to offer? Thanks.

Having found no answer to the below from Comcast or anyone else, I am thinking of creating another email account such as gmail, but I think I am still confused about configuring some of the wireless networks I have encountered, such as the ones at Corner Bakery, etc. Both the Dell WLAN and Odyssey display multiple wireless networks when I am trying to connect and I can't figure out how to make either of them connect to the specific network I am looking for. I have tried selecting the network (i.e. cornerbakerywifi), but I seem to be defaulting to something else all together. I think I just need instructions on how to select a connection from these lists.
