Today at school I attempted to beam a .psw file and a .doc file to one of the many printers with IR and it detected it and said HP Laserjet 6P on my axim, then it said searching, then pending, then failed.

I assume my problem was that the printer doesnt support doing that, and I did some investigating and I decided to download the HP Mobile printing program, which is compatible with all HP monochromatic laser printers, which the laserjet 6P is.

I was just wondering if thats all I have to do, use the HP software to print, or is there something more to it?

--I have not been able to test the HP software because I am at home now, but I would enjoy having this capability on monday so I am just trying to figure it all out before then :D

I have an HP Laserjet 2100, and I can print using the HP Printing
Software.

I also use HP's software to print via wifi and it works great...nothing else required. (IR printing should work the same.)
