I am on an 802.11-b wireless network. However, I my axim is not displayed on "Network Neighborhood" when I check (yes, the axim has a wireless card which is active). How can I get it to show up?

You cannot share items on the Axim, so it won't show up on other network equipment. You should be able to share drives, folders or printers on your PCs with the Axim, however.

But when I synchised my Axim to my computer, I try to use Resco Explorer 2003-map drives. It can't find any computer in the network. I don't know why. Could you please tell me why? Ikehiker??

You say with an ActiveSync connection? I’m not sure you can network through ActiveSync. Do you have a WiFi card in the Axim and PC (with or without a router)?

I'm surprised more people don't use ftp server software for pocket pc to allow access to your Axim.

There are many available that you can setup for file access using windows explorer on remote pcs.

Example : vxftpsrv from www.cam.com
