I just replaced my in hom wireless router and set it up with WPA-AES security. Is the x51v capable of this security setting or should I just back down the router to TKIK???

If your device has AKU3 or newer (AKU3.3, etc) then you can connect to aps protected with WPA2, either with aes encryption or tkip... if not youll have to bump your ap down to wpa from wpa2
