I own an Axim X5 400 MHz,
Operating System Microsoft Pocket PC
Version 4.20.1081 (Build 13100) (Pocket PC 2003)

I need urgently to buy a CompactFlash Wireless Card, I would like to buy the best!

I've seen several models but I'm concerned about compatibility, for instance: I've read that Socket Go Wi-Fi® P500 is not compatible with Axim X5!

... so I would like to hear from Axim X5 owners who own CompactFlash Wireless Card working with your Axim X5, and who could recommend me by your own experience.

I need to buy it online, so if you could provide also links or part number I would really appreciate it!

There are compatibility problems with some cards, but according to the Socket site, the CF Go Wifi card should be compatible. Use the compatibility matrix at the right side of this page to check:

The Socket card is probably your best bet.

I'd recommend a Symbol LA-4137 Wireless Card. You can try eBay or search engine to find additional online vendors.
