WiFi Talk As the title states, WIFI !!!

Aximsitewifiicon WiFi didnt start even after Upgrade to WM6.1
I bout a used O2 XDA Atom from one who I know,
it comes with WM5 and build in WiFi device (as I think);I tryed the WiFi and it didn't started ,It display the waiting icon for a wile (just as if it start a service) then it goes and the WiFi still turned off.
So I Upgraded my Mobile to WM6 to solve the problem but it wont.
any help for this serious problem?
