I'll stay away from Belkin then, but I wouldn't have a router...Does anyone know if there is a difference between a USB Card and PCI Card? I mean range wise? A USB would be a lot easier to install but if it comprimises my range by a lot I'll take the PCI! Thank you!

I have both and the range seems to be similar. The nice thing about the USB is that I can move it around to various PCs, take it to work or whatever. 6 of one and half a dozen of the other...

Bus type has nothing to do with range. Sensitivity, output power, and the antenna will dictate range.

So in short terms if the Specs between two Cards (PCI & USB) are the same I will get the same range. Ok?!?!?! ByeS!

Okay,

Finally, will this work? It's a USB Wireless Network Card. There are two. What's the difference? I've decided that an USB will be the best, it will allow for easy transportationand and setup if I visit a friends house. Can I access files on my desktop wirelessly, print wirelessly, and get online wirelessly, their the main things I wanna be able to do? Thanks!! I hope this is what I need and won't have to keep searching.

No, those two are ethernet adapters i.e. for a wired connection. If you want Linksys, they have three options WUSB11, WUSB12, and WUSB54G. The last one is an 802.11g adapter which is faster but it cost more and since you can only get an 802.11b CF card for the Axim, that would be a waste of money for your current plans. Either of the first two should work and are basically different forms - the first one would set on your desk and attach with a cable to the USB port while it looks like the second one plugs directly into the port.

I have my two main things, is there anything else you think I'll need? If not than I'm all set up to use WiFi. Thanks a Million!!!
