Wireless IMAP to Exchange 2003 Server

I have a Axim X5 with a Dell CF Wi-Fi card that I am trying to setup to retrieve my Outlook email at work. I used my IMAP account previously and everything worked fine. We recently upgraded to Exchange server 2003 and now it will not connect. I updated my account info on the IMAP settings but I get the following error message when I try to send/receive mail:

"Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure you are connected and that your email account settings are correct. Then, try to download messages again."

I have deleted and re-created the account several times and it still does not work. The funny thing is, that if I use my old account settings (from our previous Exchange server) it will connect w/o error messages but of course it doesn't pull in any of my emails since they aren't on that server anymore.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?

You might try the IP numbers instead of the server names (on page 4 of the account setup). Do you have anything in the domain? I made the mistake of entering it based on (wrong) advice from my ISP.

I have tried everything with these settings and can still not get it to work. It worked fine before our Exchange 2003 upgrade but now IMAP4 will not connect.
