Arrow WiFi Experts question

I've just bought a Pretec CF WiFi card and I want to use it at home in my network but the question is:

If I buy a USB or PCI networkcard for in my "server" at home can I access my network/internet thru that card with more than one PC/Laptop/PPC at the same time? or do I need to connect an accesspoint to my ADSL-router to handle the multiple concurrent connections.

You need to buy either a wireless router or a wireless access point....

Yes you can - setup your WiFi as Ad-Hoc; let your 'Server' do all the internet sharing stuff. This will let your other WiFi clients go online and access your other WiFi network resources (NOT your wired-network resources -- your server doesn't count). If you want to access other wired-clients resources (files, etc.), you need to bridge your WiFi with your wired-nic (this feature comes with WinXP).

Cheers.

Ofcourse I need to setup a network bridge, I got w2k server running so that is no problem :)

But if I set it up adhoc can more clients access the server at the same time? like my PPC and maybe a future laptop with wireless.
