I tried to get it working with my pretec WiFi CF but I don;t know what's the devicename you must enter when trying to use a custom device, NDS1: as it appears in the devicemanager doesn't seem to work because when I check the menu Card-> info I get all zero's instead of the MAC adress etc of the CF card.

Maybe the universal driver works that's on the Pocketwarrior website, didn't try it yet.

Maarten, I have the same config as your axim also with a pretec wlan card. But I Can`t install it. I always receive the message "unrecognized card in slot1" Any options, suggestions are greatly apreciated.

The device you need to specify in pocketwarrior is not NDS1:, the device name is not listed in any device manager...
I don't know any effective way to list those device name but by default on most prism driver it's "ILP1:"... You could probably get you pretec driver to work without the Intersil Reference Driver if you would know the device name (unfortunally those name are most of the time hardcoded in the the driver)
I wrote some code that would sort of try to open all possible device name(brute force) to detect all the device name and list them... It's been reported to freeze some PDA but it work well on mine... well if you want it email me at dataworm@dataworm.net
