Can't find "Network Card" option on "Advanced" screen

Hi
i tapped on start->Settings->connections->connections-> Advanced
and i found that the "Network Card" option has been replaced by
"Exceptions" and i am not sure how to switch it back.
Any idea on how to fix it?
thanks

That's a strange one. Have you tried soft resetting your device to see it it brings the option back?

I've never had that option on my wife's Axim X30 (312 w/ WiFi & BT) so Ikehiker's guide didn't help me out. I'm getting my X30 high this week, so I'll see if it's there. Do other people out there with WM03SE also not have this option?

Does loss of this choice correspond to updating the ROM (thus adding the Odyssey client)?

Mine is just a week old. Straight out of the box (I did not update any ROM). I just received mine tonight (brand new Axim X30) and it has the "Exceptions" instead of "Network Card" too...

I think that Ikehiker has found the variable. I saw it earlier when I received the device but not since teh ROM upgrade. I am still conecting fine though.

I remember that there is a program that allows you to display that icon in the setting screen called Regking it enables tire wireless ic on for a few pda models that has them hidden by default (like my ipag 2215 )

Well, I still followed the basic principles in Ikehikers (i.e. disabling WEP on router, then connecting, etc... and the whole "Work" vs. "Internet" thing - which I still don't get) and despite not having the "Network Card" on that screen, I was able to get it hooked up (WEP-less than with WEP).

Disabling Odyssey did it for me...
