In a location where I frequent, there are 3 networks with the same SSID. One of them is unlocked while the rest are locked. When I go to the profiles section there is only one entry for the SSID. How do I specify the unlocked one rather than the locked ones?

That's a great question. I encounter the same issue as well as several identically named SSIDs but one is much stronger than the others so I want to connect to it, but the Axim just randomly chooses one to connect to- funny, it's always the WEAKEST.

Can anyone offer a solution or advice?

Pocketwinc seems to do a okay job showing me the list of accesspoints to attempt to connect to. It is really weird how it likes to connect to the weakest point though.

In theory I believe it should connect to the strongest. If it's conencting to the weakest then perhaps the algorithm was not tuned properly.
