I have a Win2k server that acts as a file server I would like to access this from my Axim with my wireless network card to upload and download documents. Can someone explain how to do this? I would assume I have to create a user account and possible a computer account for the Axim, but How do I set up the Axim to authenticate with the Domain controller (also a win2k server)

Using your favorite explorer program (I like Total Commander myself), just put in the address of the file server like \\servername. You'll be prompted for a username and password. I don't know of any way to actually login like you would with 2K/XP.
